What makes a healthy diet like? To my eyes I see a health conscious people who eat fresh, organic if possible, based on olive oil or oil of grape seeds, which is based on vegetables, that its time to eat, and who is prepared to adapt their soul.
A healthy diet is about meeting your nutritional and your emotional needs. This is nourishing your whole being. – Body, mind and soul.
A healthy diet is about the amount of calories to distribute, even the same weight. Fad diet is not what is healthy eating. A healthy diet consists of eating a good healthy breakfast. ie cereals with nuts, fruit on a bed of sound pro-biotic yoghurt, milk. Breakfast has all the nutrients needed to make a good start to the day.
Healthy snacking is good – a healthy dark plums, nectarines, or perfect.
Lunch might be a healthy salad greens, avocado, seeds, and perhaps to some Asiago cheese in thin slices or greek Feta sprinklers. Sparkler or perhaps a herbal tea.
Healthy snacks for a healthy diet in the afternoon, like an apple?
Dinner is not too difficult, as more than Tandori chicken with butter, which is a recipe that every healthy nutrients.
An evening snack dite? Not too late – but a piece of dark chocolate 80% to 90% chocolate and half an apple or pear with.
The goal of a healthy diet is not just to feel good on the outside, but to feel good inside as well.
Drinking about 8 cups of water extra each day to clean your system.
Get your 8 hours of sleep each night.
Above all, the ability to exercise and meditate. This is my idea of a healthy diet.
